An Overdue Shift in Direction

Loose the Hounds!!

When I began to advocate for Dr. Rob Kamermans back in January, 2012 it soon became apparent that I had three main problems to deal with. In order of priority:

1.    The vindictive persecution of Rob and Mary Kamermans,

2.    The Invasion of Privacy re 4100 Patient Medical files, and

3.    The Criminal Negligence of the OPP for refusing to return them.

For the past twenty months I have concentrated almost exclusively on Number One: Dr. Kamermans, defended him and promoted his best interests to the best of my ability. It was not an easy task and I have had a fantastic education in a very short time. It’s like a bloody disease. More snooping and investigating, analyzing the results, what’s it all mean? Rip it apart, something smells here and now there’s a new cemetery loaded with rotten crap to start digging in and it goes on and on.It has not been wasted time. 

I am pleased to report that I have finally reached a point where I can safely leave Rob and Mary in the trusted hands of others and get on with Problems 2 and 3 foregoing.

What happened?

Two things happened almost simultaneously. I have been gifted with finding you lot! A whole crew of decent motivated honorable people that I never knew existed until I started the blog and got involved on Facebook. I won’t name any names because there are too many and the people, to whom I am directing this, already know their self worth and they are not doing their thing for adulation and recognition. Thank you for your help.
Suddenly a new Group page named “Dr Kamermans Support“ opened up and the Good Doctor’s pretrial hearing was kicked into next spring. Bonus to both but for me my work for Rob is suddenly redundant.

If you are one of the 4100 patients of Dr. K. who had your file seized and held: you have been victimized intentionally by your Government and by the Ontario Provincial Police.

You have had your Medically Confidential Patient file invaded by the Ontario Provincial Police. All your personal private medical and personal information is open to examination by Pigs. That was not the objective of the seizure: the objective was the information in your Medical Marihuana Access Application contained in your file. Health Canada rightfully told the Gestapo to “F@ck Off” when they requested access to their Top Secret files but some higher power in the Harper Autocracy simply provided the Pigs with the 4100 names in Dr. Kamermans files.

The policy of both the Canadian Medical Association and the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario demands each of those file required a separate warrant before the contents could be accessed by a non-medical third party.

Who’s going to complain? This is the OPP breaking the Law! If anyone does complain the Office of the Independent Police Review Director will cover our ass. That is simple fact 

“Cops are not Criminals”!

I am not going into detail here about the specific damage this has caused all you victims. That is for later but compensation is due for the enormous cumulative damages yet to be determined.

That’s not all that sucks big-time about how you have been victimized. The invasion of those file was compounded by one asshole arrogant son-of-a-bitch Sergeant Mark Duval, who with the consent of his superiors in the Ontario Provincial Police intentionally has refused to return your file to you, its rightful owner to this day. 

They have my file. I complained to the Director of the Office of the Independent Police Review and he covered their ass as expected and denied the complaint on the grounds the crime was over six months old. Even when reminded that it was still in progress shithead simply told me to piss off. 
Unfortunately under Ontario law my complaint that the OPP were guilty of Criminal Negligence under section 219 of the Criminal Code was denied by an arrogant asshole bureaucrat and there is no appeal to his decision. To hell with 4100 victims: the matter is not worthy of investigation, much less punishment of his poor confused Brotherhood of the Beast.

That is where it is at right now. Every one of us victims is completely powerless to get Compensation for Invasion of Our Privacy. There is no way to punish the Cops who intentionally broke the law in order to persecute and cause problems for every one of us.

I want every one of you fellow victims to go to the mirror and ask yourself if you liked being spat on. That is what they have done and you probably resented it and got mad at the time. Since then you sort of wrote it off as hopeless and just bitch about it When it happened you got mad and screamed and nothing happened.  You were ignored and by and large the majority of you wrote it off as a lost cause and just became an apathetic observer.

If you are a victim I don’t care how mad you are, as an individual acting alone you’re like a powerless fart in a hurricane. Get involved! It will require no effort and only requires you agree to participate and wait for two very important possible results.

I want to get a Class Action Suit started because once initiated it can’t be stopped. I also want the Cops who intentionally committed Criminal Negligence to be brought to account.

I will follow this post shortly with another outlining each of my proposals and how they could and should proceed with your help.

Damn good question!

It made me do a whole lot more!

The day after I posted I HATE TWO-FACED POLITICIANS (which follows this one), I received a question from a Reader that threw me. A friend Eric requested I answer a question from Jodie. She had asked him a question about my post about M.P. Jean Crowder and the odor crisis in Shawinigan Falls. I agreed to answer before I saw it.

This reader, whoever she is, is one smart girl because she thinks like me! She read my post and it didn’t gel with her perspective of the situation and she was questioning MY logic and reasoning! In short her question boiled down to:

“Are you nuts?”

I wasn’t sure, so I read my post as if I had not written it

Following find her question and my attempt to defend myself:

Jodie: 

I’m not sure I understand the writer's problem with the MPs statement. Nowhere does she state that she doesn't support medical marijuana. The NDP were the first party to support, and have consistently for years. What she does say is that if somebody is given a license to grow for the government, they still have to obey local bylaws. That is just common sense. As for a more commercial model of grow-ops, she says that is coming.... she doesn't say that she supports that model.
Personally, I don't like either model. People should be allowed to have a couple of plants for personal use, medical or recreational.

To answer your question Jodie: I was prompted to write the post because it’s a one-sided half picture of the problem being reported. It’s a collaboration of the two main sources of misinformation that have helped create the negative impression that the public has regarding Medical Marijuana. The “Press” who ignore critical little details in their attempt to report exaggeration as the “Truth” and Politicians who ignore obvious truths in their propagandizing of whatever position they hold this week. Both these sources speak with perceived authority from a position of respect and readers deserve a more balanced presentation of fact.

In this instance the reporter did a lousy job of reporting with information probably received via e-mail or phone and no first hand information at all. Readers might have been interested in who this Skunkman is and what he had to say in his own defense? How many plants? He’s a dedicated grower: How many patients is he supplying? Just how sick are they? What terrible diseases? What are they allowed as a dose. How bad was the smell? 

She has no first hand knowledge to judge whether the complaint is justified, or a fiction concocted by ignorant neighbors to eliminate the criminal element and all the safety hazards that just moved in next door?

I don’t think the reporter has any intention of following up on this outrage to let her public know the result when it happens, do you? I didn’t like chewing out another reporter but if she gets another shot at anything to do with Medical Marijuana she will report it with a lot more attention to detail and accuracy than she did here. That lack of detail may well apply to her reporting of Ms. Crowder’s remarks that made up the second half of her composition so I allow more leeway regarding her statements.

I didn’t want to mention Ms. Crowder, but what she was reported as saying was totally misleading. She should not have commented about the personal growth issue because she obviously has no idea how complex this subject is. 

To begin the article she is reported as almost recommending that Municipalities enact bylaws to control the problem of personal growth. She is totally unaware that by doing so she is encouraging them to follow the example of Surrey who has enacted a bylaw so prohibitive to personal growth it is virtually impossible to meet compliance requirements much less the $5000 initial fee application. 

The basis for the ridiculous operating requirements of the MMRP is found in the Surrey bylaw. Both are designed with a Complexity requiring the expenditure of a fortune for a ridiculously Ultra High Tech Security System: a multiplicity of unnecessary Quality Control tests and Production methods. 

She should have kept her mouth shut but her performance was very illustrative of the stereotypical performance of nearly every politician confronted with a question about something they know very little about. Bafflegab!

Unfortunately for Ms. Crowder these are her constituents and she musr reassure them and let them know she has their best interests at heart. She announces there will be an end to the problem as soon as the commercializing of supply planned by the Harperites will bring an end to this terrible offensive odor activity. 

I got the impression she is pleased the Cons are going to end her problem and completely ignorant of the consequences on Medical Marijuana. If everyone just holds their nose till next spring, all you’ll smell is flowers. There is no sign of awareness that this will be disastrous on the lives of the Patients dependant on their grower for their medication. She’s condemning them to pain and puke and is completely unaware of reality.

We now are near the conclusion of the article and Ms. Crowder made me laugh with her presentation of false power and influence on the Con Government Ministry of Health! LOLOLOL!!!

Jodie, in conclusion there is no way the Ms. Crowder will be able to gain attention for a constituent complaint unless it is a life or death matter. HC ignores the Supreme Court for crying out loud: do you think for a moment they will pay attention to a minor backbencher in an Opposition party for a complaint as serious as a smell? LOL again!

To all my readers and helpers: I wrote this post about two weeks ago but held off publishing because it might have aroused enough anger in Copville Madoc to jeopardize the outcome of Mary’s Kamermans appearance at court yesterday morning. That was stupid on our part. We were hoping for a dismissal of charges but all we got was another six months of her persecution simply because she is Rob’s wife. By the time she gets to pre-trial it will be over 18 months of harassment and stress from financial straits because they have had no real income except pension since the raid. Just goddamn despicable. I intend to try to do something about that in a future post.
Rob had reservations about this post fearing repercussions.

I have a problem with the way that you are running your detachment.

If it is not you who is responsible for the way officers in the Central Hastings Detachment conduct themselves in the discharge of their duties, please pass this on to your boss. I’m sorry that I don’t have that individuals name but tracing responsibility in the OPP is impossibility. Even if you know the guys name and rank I got lucky and found you as the first in the chain of command covering Coe Hill.

If you were in your current position of power on January 26, 2012 you had to be the individual who authorized the “Nazi attack” on Dr. Rob Kamermans office. Today you must be the one sanctioning his subsequent evil and vindictive persecution by officers under your command.

I am sorry to inform you that there is now no anonymity available and your responsibility and role in what I consider a major violation of Canadian Law cannot be avoided.

1.    The first question I have is what legal provision permits the invasion of privacy of  4000 files of confidential and secret Patient information on the basis of the one warrant for a Doctors office? The medical records are the property of the Doctor but files and the information held in the Records are the property of the patient. My interpretation of law is that each and every one of them was entitled to a separate warrant unless each one of the seized files was named in the wording of the warrant for the contents of the Doctor’s Office.

Your chief Sergeant Mark Duval delivered the warrant to the Doctor. He then used its authority to not only invade the privacy of those files, but seized them for inspection of their contents and then hold them in custody despite all requests for their release by the patients whose property they are. Today all the utility of the documentation contained in the Medical records has ceased to be any use and that made all 4000 renewals nearly impossible. Health Canada doesn’t grant renewals based on verbal evidence. Why is he still refusing access to the hard stuff. Why are you letting him pull stuff like this? Won’t he obey you? 

2.    You have been, and still are, permitting Sergeant Rob Henderson to intentionally and vindictively attack -Dr. Kamermans reputation. He is intentionally trying to destroy Rob’s complete support system as punishment, not for crimes but for allegations! Rob Henderson has already judged and convicted him before the courts have even brought him to trial. I interpret this attack on his financial base as a direct attempt to compound his difficulties in defending himself against what are politically motivated bullshit charges!

3.    It had to be you who approved payment for the expense of Rob Henderson unnecessarily sending two constables all the way to Sturgeon Falls to arrest Rob there. All that was gained was 7 hours until he got home from work. The act was intentional and the Henderson knew full well that to remove him from mid shift in the Emergency Room would compromise his employment not to mention putting the entire community at risk? The community both of you are sworn to protect

Why did you authorize punishment on the day of his arrest?

4.    You are also the one who authorized notification to three banks (the base of all his financial support), that Dr. Kamermans had been charged and was a criminal of some sort. All his transactions were probably connected to proceeds of a drug kingpin? You or someone in your command intentionally extorted the banks to report any and all financial transactions: that provided the basis for his arrest for Breach of Bail when the Credit Union advised you of his transfer of Mortgage money to the US. 

5.    Were you the one who authorized his arrest on that Breach of Bail “bullshit”? It was a complete fabrication that enabled Henderson to not only override a Crown decision to release him because it was a “bullshit charge”, but also to hold him over the weekend simply to inconvenience and punish the Heinous Criminal he apparently fantasizes he has captured.

6.    Are you the one who allows your Constables to verbally assault and harass his patients like Constable Mark Moore does with his phony traffic violations? Scare the shit out of his customer to ensure he’s broke? Despicable!

7.    What is even more despicable is that you permit your officers to intentionally gather at popular local gathering spots and slander the good doctor.

I’d like some clarification and some answers as to what gives you the authority to sanction all this Fascist bullshit in Central Hastings but I naturally don’t expect any from you. You don’t blow the whistle on your buddies and superiors in a hierarchy based on "Nazi principles".

I do want an answer to Question Number one:

You, as his superior, were the one who advised Sergeant Duval the he could legally invade and confiscate all the patient files removed from Dr. Kamermans office,

What legal basis were you using to justify the invasion of privacy

of 4000 patient files on the basis of the single warrant used?

I have to assume that you know the law you are enforcing I want to know what that legal basis is because nobody seems to know. Everybody from the Prime Minister down the daisy chain of irresponsibility has pled ignorance. You can’t do that because you ordered the dirty deed. I want an answer to that question and I’m not going away.

You can’t plead ignorance and claim you were only following orders! That line of bullshit went out with the Nuremburg War Trials and finking on your boss is a no-no with the Skull and Crossbones club. Who do you report to by the way and could you please provide his contact details?

On the other hand you could be totally ignorant of what goes on under your command. That is a somewhat frequent occurrence in OPP operations. If that is indeed the case then please refer me to someone who does, or better yet, go to my blog at

An Honest Politician?

I got up early this morning and was just surfing the news when I happened on an article in the Daily Beast titled “Why the GOP Doesn’t Love Chris Christie”. I’d give you a link but its 3 lines long and not worth clicking on unless you like him. I’m a fan because he’s the only politician in North America who actually speaks his mind and backs it up with common sense reasoning.

The article has two main points that I thought were worth notice:

1.     Compromise and how you get there,

2.     Fat retirement benefits of our political Aristocracy.

It’s a reality that both our governments have fallen into gridlock and hostility: Canada because of Stephen Harper and his majority. He has the ability to ram shit down people’s throat with no explanation or justification. He loves to do so: a perfect example is the MMPR. We can’t get rid of him and he’s free to fuck up the country until the next election. Woe is us!
The U.S. has had the unfortunate experience of having government ranks corrupted by a handful of Tea Party assholes. Having been elected they are now free to fuck up the system until their next election. Woe is them!
Following I quote from that article:
 “We have to find ways to compromise with each other,” Christie said. “The place is so dysfunctional; they so don’t talk to each other, they so dislike each other that they can’t get to the common-sense point. I have said this all along with Jersey. I have argued all the time with the legislature. You heard me say a bunch of stuff about the Democrats in the legislature this morning. But I don’t have the luxury to hate. I have a job to do. You elected me to accomplish something, not just to occupy a space.
“I am not going to compromise my principles, because that is who I am, and that is why you elected me. But there is always a boulevard between getting everything you want and compromising your principles. There is always some space there, and the job of a governor or any executive is to find that space.”

Can you imagine it? Christie is honest, has principles and managed to get elected to a position of power. Fortunately for Stephen he didn’t have to overcome those obstacles: Lying is second nature to him and he has no idea what principles or decency is.

Also worthy of note is Christie’s assessment of his political peers. That group, the bureaucrats, were, in Christie’s telling, a bunch of greedy paper pushers lining their pockets with the public’s money, especially in retirement. I quote:

“If we are going to pay these folks these exorbitant sums of money, you should be able to give it to them personally. I think that when one of these guys retires, we should have a little party down at the town hall in Parsippany, for instance,” the governor said to guffaws from the crowd. “Every person who lives in Parsippany gets to come in with their check for their share of the money. It would be like the wedding line! You would go in and you would say to them, ‘Great service, congratulations. Here is my $120 for your sick time.’ And at least then you would get a thank you!”
If only that could happen up here: Maybe then someone like Bev Oda wouldn’t be able to screw up, resign under a cloud and then keep sucking the left hind tit of the public purse for the rest of her life. At $16 a glass she can afford to buy truckloads with her ill gotten gains. May she choke on it.

Harper's conservatives call senior citizens the Greediest Generation as he compared "Old Age Security " to a Milk Cow with 34 million teats.

Well, here's my response........

"Hey Stephen, let's get a few things straight!

1. As a career politician, you have been on the public dole (tit) for many, many years.

2. I have been paying taxes since I was 18 years old. I am now 63).

3. My Old Age Security payments, and those of millions of other Canadians, were safely tucked away in an interest bearing account for decades until you political pukes decided to raid the account and give OUR money to a bunch of zero losers in return for votes, thus bankrupting the system and turning CanadianSocial Security into a Ponzi scheme that would make Bernie Madoff proud.

4. Recently, just like Lucy & Charlie Brown, you and "your ilk" pulled the proverbial football away from millions of Canadian seniors nearing retirement and moved the goalposts for full retirement from age 65 to age, 67. NOW, you and your "shill commission" are proposing to move the goalposts YET AGAIN.

5. I, and millions of other Canadians, have been paying into health care from day one, and now "you morons" propose to change the rules of the game. Why? Because "you idiots" mismanaged other parts of the economy to such an extent that you need to steal our money from health care to pay the bills.

6. I, and millions of other Canadians, have been paying income taxes our entire lives, and now you propose to increase our taxes yet again. Why? Because you "incompetent bastards" spent our money so profligately that you just kept on spending even after you ran out of money. Now, you come to the Canadian taxpayers and say you need more to pay off YOUR debt.

To add insult to injury, you label us "greedy" for calling "bullshit" to your incompetence. Well, Captain Bullshit, I have a few questions for YOU:

1. How much money have you earned from the Canadian taxpayers during your pathetic political career?

2. At what age will you retire from your pathetic political career, and how much will you receive in annual retirement benefits from the Canadian taxpayers?

3. How much do you pay for YOUR government provided health insurance?

4. What cuts in YOUR retirement and healthcare benefits are you proposing in your disgusting deficit reduction proposal, or as usual, have you exempted yourself and your political cronies?

It is you, Captain Bullshit, and your political co-conspirators called "The Harper Government" who are the "greedy" ones. It is you and your fellow nutcase thieves who have bankrupted Canada and stolen the dream of a decent retirement from millions of loyal, patriotic taxpayers: And for what? Votes and your job and retirement security at our expense, you lunk-headed, leech.
