Another Goddamned Rant and Request

Read What I Wrote

I have sent another e-mail to Mayor Robertson and Chief Chu about Jim’s Weeds. I want you all to read it and consider what I request when you’re finished.

First however I have to deal with a communication problem and I will resolve it right now.

The reaction to my Friendship Blast was about as expected: Almost Normal Apathy! A few positive supporting Comments from people with their heads screwed on straight, a flurry of likes, a couple of really pissed off negatives, but from all you others. SFA!

About as Expected

I can live with that but what really pissed me off was the fact all the negatives were the same! They stated:

I DON”T TAKE ORDERS FROM ANYONE!

Well NEITHER DO I- but

A few guys took exception to my lecture and chewed my ass up for ordering them to do something and are no more. They never bothered to read and understand what I wrote. I threatened no-one!

I gave you all a Choice not an Order

I outlined the problem with Jim’s and I informed you of a Petition that I wanted signed. There is a difference between “Ask” and “Tell”

I did not ask anyone to do anything. That is a total waste of time so I decided not to be so “nice” and I simply told you what I wanted done and gave everyone the choice to do so! I also added a rider that if you chose not to sign; you were declaring yourself an enemy. I don’t stay friends with enemies and if you were one “unfriend me”. Thanks to those who did! I don’t need you in my circle.

Regarding: The Raid that Closed Jim’s Weeds

What now follows is the Letter sent to Mayor Robertson and Chief Chu. Once again I will tell you what you can do to help with this and add emphasis to our problem. I would like each of you after reading what I have asked the Mayor; look at the five final questions to the Mayor and copied to Chief Chu for answers.

You don’t have to be formal or nice or give a lot of detail. Just ask a question referencing the raid and you want information about it. No reply necessary but a public answer is

A simple statement;

Regarding: The Jim’s Weeds Raid. I would like you know the answers to the five questions asked you by Blaine Barrett today in his e-mail. Please provide them.

Even simpler.

Why did you destroy Jim’s Weeds? I want answers .

Even that is too fancy! Anything you want to say will make a difference and you can tell them any way you want. Every complaint received will heighten the visibility of our supply crisis to City Hall and the Cops. If a miracle happens it will be noticed by the local press who should have been on their ass long ago and actually wake up the public. We can only hope.

 

I have posted the E-mail addresses and Phone numbers of both the Mayor and Chief Chu at the end of my letter. The choice is simple. Help or not help, Read judge and decide.

5 days ago I sent you both a request for an explanation of the Fiasco at Jim's Weeds. You have not see fit to reply! Why not? Embarrassed about a violation of common decency by the SS I thought you controlled? I think you can tell by the tone of this letter that you have a problem that isn't going to go away. Me! Every word of this is being sent to all my Facebook friends who also were customers of Jims and now have no place to get, much less afford to buy their medications. WE are not going to disappear and we would like some answers Numero Uno Who did this to us?

I am not going to repeat the recital sob story I attached to my last e-mail "In Memorium” outlines the callous brutality your minions handed out in their Phoney Photo Op Raid. A first hand account of a witness who was there watching the farce go down and involved in it

1.  Ramming into the place, jamming Jim out of the way! Poof!

2.  Threatening and intimidating staff and customers ad lib.

3.  Taking money out of a wallet? Poof!

4.  Illegaly seizing an innocent customer’s medication? Poof!

5.  Seizing all the store contents required to reopen. Poof!

Mickey Mouse crap! There is no point in pursuing and investigating that minor stuff because once again cops investigate cops and walk away. Do I sound Disillusioned? You had better believe it! I thought better of the VPD

This raid was not the result of some street level Cop overdoing his duty as an arrogant contemptuous asshole.

This raid was designed to destroy the business because Jim was selling weed for as low as $3/gra. and he was hurting the Medicinal Cannabis Dispensary business and being threatened for doing so but it doesn’t matter who made the complaint. There are too many assholes to suspect.

But there’s lots of money at stake to fester corruption and

I think I can state with confidence that whoever decided to break the cease fire has a lot of clout and a comfy seat way up in in the bureaucracy: either the Cop Shop under Chief Jim Chu or City Hall under you.

I think everyone wants an answer because of questions like:

These are addressed to you and Chief Chu separately. I think we are owed an answer from the Chief as well.

In order then: to you both:

1.  Was it you who authorized the Raid? Plain and Simple. Yes or No

2.  Were you aware of the Raid beforehand?

3.  When did you first hear of it?

4.  Do you know “Who” authorized the Raid?

5.  If not, why not? and

6.  What do you intend to do to find out

I will now leave you and let you digest that, grit your teeth!

I suggest you both start trying find out and I don’t mean sometime next week! I want some answers from you Chief particularly the names and rank of all the officers involved. To hell with privacy and security and freedom of Information.

Just ask them WTF went on there and I’d like a summary of their side of the story if possible.

I look forward to a reply at your earliest possible convenience. Thank you for your time and consideration of the situation: unfortunately this is not the end of a problem, just the start. Now you’ve got me on your back.

Now I’m telling you that you can help me and magnify whatever impact this message has on the Mayor and the Chief by either calling or e-mailing to back up my request for some answers. I’m not asking and I’m not telling you what to write just get the point across that you want answers for the Jim’s Weeds atrocity. Now you make the decision “Do I help or don’t I?” and act on it. I know where I sit on the totem pole of Character and Ethics. Look in the mirror and ask your self where you think you fit?

If you help: you make yourself a place in the Clan of Decency and Pride and you will be able to stare the mirror down.

I hope to hell this protest does have impact and force an apology. If it does I am planning others because now you are going to show me whether I have managed to break through to and who will listen to reason and help if they judge the cause worthy.  That is all any Advocate could ask.

At the beginning of this month I read a column in the Globe and Mail that made me feel ashamed to be White. It was a sarcastic but right on the nose comparison of Native American Culture and Values to that of my White Culture and its lack of Values and  its incessant Greed of historical note.

It really made me think and that is why I am reprinting it here. I don’t think it got enough notice and it is something that I think all my friends and contacts should read. It’s a view from another perspective that needs to be seen and hopefully considered important enough to try to understand.

It was written by Drew Hayden Taylor: a playwright and filmmaker who lives on the Curve Lake First Nation in Central Ontario. And he has earned my admiration with this work.

Native people apologize back!

Canada Day has always been a mixed bag for Canada’s native people. It makes us think of many things: patriotism, flags, sunburned cottagers, barbeques and exploding fireworks. That’s the good stuff.
For some, though, it’s a reminder that it was four years ago when Prime Minister Stephen Harper apologized to the first nations, Inuit and Métis inhabitants of this country for the imposition and effects of the infamous residential-school system.
Since then, much has been said and written about that apology: Did it go far enough? Too little too late? What’s next? That is something I am afraid only educated, wealthy white men in positions of power can decide.
However, some in the native community feel that perhaps we are being a little lax in not issuing an apology of our own.
We are not without some culpability. In the centuries that have passed since that fateful day of contact, we ourselves have been negligent and irresponsible in not acknowledging our liability in many regretful incidents and events in the past.
So in the spirit of cooperation, I would like to offer up these apologies to the people of Canada on behalf of the NAFNIP (native/aboriginal/first nations/indigenous people):
We hereby apologize for being so inconsiderate as to occupy land that, one day, your people would want. Even though we did not have a postal system or an Internet, this was an inexcusable oversight. We hope you are enjoying it.
We apologize for having so many politically correct and incorrect names for you to call us – everything from native to aboriginal to first nations to wagon burner to status-card number 48759375876-1.
In retrospect, to make things easier for you, we should have stayed in India, where we were originally thought to have come from. Unfortunately today it is really hard to get decent palak paneer on the reserve.
We hereby apologize for not understanding the subtle connections between God, children and sexual abuse. Some are still struggling with appreciating this association.
They are forgetting that, early in the Bible, it says, “Let there be white. And it was good.”
We apologize for wanting rights to minerals and other natural resources that exist beneath our feet. When you negotiated for our land, you meant to the Earth’s core.
We did not fully comprehend that when we were put on reserves where our rights to the land only went two or three feet below the surface.
Anything that falls down a sewer grate basically belongs to the Federal Government.
We apologize for being so concerned about the disappearances of so many native women.
We did not realize that the professional attitude of most law-enforcement agencies towards this issue was basically “out of sight, out of mind.” From now on, we’ll report any native women that go missing as white women with dark tans. That should speed up response time.
No need to thank us.
We hereby apologize for straining the Canadian health system due to our propensity towards diseases like diabetes. I know it has been said we put the word “die” in diabetes, but being introduced to all that Kraft Dinner and potato chips was definitely worth giving up the steady diet of salmon and deer.
I am sure the vegetarians are happy.
We apologize for launching so many land claims against the federal and provincial governments. One of our most ancient teachings tells us it is our sacred responsibility to make sure as many lawyers as possible are fed and looked after.
Where would they be without us?
We hereby apologize for wanting autonomy from the Federal bureaucracy of the DIA (Department of Indian Affairs). … Wait a minute, make that DIAND (Department of Indian and Northern Development). … Sorry, but I think it’s now called INAC (Indian and Northern Affairs Canada). … No, I have just been informed the Ministry’s official name is now AANDC – short for Aboriginal Affairs Northern Development Canada. ... Now I forget what my original point was.
And though it had nothing to do with us, we are sorry for obvious reasons for the unique acronym of a once-testy office known as the Government of Ontario Native Affairs Directorate.
Finally, and perhaps most of all, we apologize for helping Canada/Great Britain win the War of 1812 against the Americans. There are many in the native community who feel Barack Obama would be a far more interesting leader than Mr. Harper.
But in our defence, who could have guessed?

More and more, every day, control of the Law and Order governing the people of Canada is increasingly being usurped by the collective Canadian Police Forces. The average cop has become a personal threat to, and someone to be feared by every individual he confronts. No longer does he Serve and Protect the public: he now serves his masters and Protects his fellow Cops.

The Cop in your face wasn’t born that way: He was born smart; he was probably a good guy until he absorbed the mental and physical brainwashing of his training. He looks decent enough even now. What could have ground and molded him into this hostile enemy at the gate? Who was he and what turned the soul sour? That is a long story but we can we can place the fault directly on the training and regimen of:

Believe it or not, once upon a time all the Cops who are stamping on our civil and legal rights were the good guys of their generation when it came to the NICE Index! They are part of the top 2% of applicants who manage to pass the entrance exam and be accepted into the Force

In order to become a cop an applicant has to pass an entrance examination that is more or less the equivalent of an assessment by three Psychological Tests

1.    California Personality Inventory (CPI),

2.    The Sixteen Personality Factor Questionnaire Scales (16P), and

3.    The Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory (MMPI)

When used to assess police candidates, analysts developed a

"Typical Cop" profile group with group members found to be:

1.    self-disciplined,

2.    socially bold,

3.    extroverted,

4.    emotionally tough, and

5.    Low in experienced anxiety.

They also ranked significantly higher on scales of:

6.    "Poise and self-assurance,

7.    achievement potential,

8.    intellectual efficiency,

9.    social insight, and

10.                       To be more likely to seek social contact than the control group.”

By any standards this pool of young recruits is an ideal base for any training program and is the cream of the crop. Instead of a positive blossoming to butter the sour cream churned turns rotten. There’s obviously something wrong with the churn: what’s wrong with it?

Constabulary, as I use it, is an organizational structure designed to enforce order in the ranks of a semi-military force. It was developed by the British Army around the time of the Crimean war in the Mid-1800’s and was returned to Britain and created the structure of the Metropolitan Police Force under Sir Robert Peel. Law enforcement officers work in a quasi-military, structured institution. There are mental health concerns associated with working within a "quasi-military structure" and other mental health concerns of working in an "institution."

Military organizations require the sacrifice of the individual for the good of society. The "individual" is not a consideration; the "goal" of the group is paramount. In a military organization, the focus is on punishing the individual if he is not up to standards. It is a de-humanizing process to recognize that you are only valued as a part of a machine.

The “institution' takes the same attitude, only a step further. In an institution, you are locked in a set process and the process is more important many times than, not only the individual, but also the goal. When an officer does a remarkable job of police work, perhaps even saves a life, he can still be reprimanded if he doesn't file the proper paperwork. The paperwork describing an action in many cases is more important to the institution than the action itself. Both the quasi-military nature of police work and the functioning within an institution combine for a mental health situation that is quite undesirable and very stressful. The training academy of the Police Force he is joining is the churn.

This is the recruit’s first introduction to a Constabulary: a Constabulary is a quasi-military, structured institution. Military organizations require the sacrifice of the individual for the good of society. The "individual" is not a consideration; the "goal" of the group is paramount.

In an institution conforming to procedures is paramount and the paperwork describing an action in many cases is more important to the institution than the action itself. No gray areas. The law enforcement officer works in a fact-based world with everything compared to written law. Right and wrong is determined by a standard. They have a set way of going about gathering the proper evidence for the law and can justify their actions because they represent the "good and right”

The first step in this character transformation process is to isolate the individual from all contact with outside society and force him to adjust to his brother police officers for all social contact. ) They are isolated. The wearing of a badge, uniform and gun makes a law officer separate from society. The wearing of a uniform will tend to make any person de-humanize people who are without a uniform. Just wearing a badge or a gun can cause people to act more aggressively.  You are encouraged to feel like you’re a member of an elite group: the top 2%.This is the beginning of inclusion as part of the Blue Brotherhood and police training especially is designed to strip the individual's previous identity and "make" a police officer.

People deal with them differently and treat them differently, even when they are not working. The police uniform, badge and gun are universal symbols of power and authority. When the individual puts on the uniform, he assumes the authority that goes with it. He expects and commands obedience and respect from the public. Donning the uniform and wielding the power of the job contribute to what is known as the "police personality" and the Us versus Them problems that develop from this intensive brainwashing.

After isolation in training, the recruit is further alienated from his prior social circle by being required to work rotating shifts and a posting away from home. Shift work is not normal. The "rotating shift" schedule is very taxing on an officer's life. Our bodies are adjusted on what is called "circadian schedules" which is a repetitive daily cycle. Our bodies like to have a regular eating time, sleeping time, waking time, etc. 

An officer doing shift work never gets a chance to stay on a schedule. This upsets his physical and mental balance in life. The changing work schedule also upsets the routine patterns that are needed in healthy marriage and family development. Strong marital and family development is based on rituals, like dinners together, "inside jokes," repeated activities, etc. The rotating shift worker has less chance to develop these rituals and his relationships suffer. This predisposes the officer's family to potential problems ranging from divorces, to children acting-out. 

The recruit’s new "at work" world is very negative. He sees the bad part of society and even the stress is different. Cops have a different kind of stress in their jobs, called "burst stress". At any time in the course of a shift there can be a call with an indication of violence. The officer gets an adrenalin rush with the perception of danger and there is the inevitable “fight or flight” reaction. There may be no danger but that knowledge follows the mental and physical arousal of the reaction. Cops have a job that requires extreme restraint under highly emotional circumstances and they require special training to adjust to a completely different world with a whole new set of survival tools.

Almost all cops age too quickly, see too much pain and suffering, lose trust in almost everyone (because EVERYONE lies to the police), and lose their social grounding. In addition to the work there is the pressure to do it right and conform to the institutional rules fof documentation in addition to learning Chapter and verse of a bewildering variety of laws to be enforced. This happens in the first several years of employment and is accompanied by a progressive disillusionment with society that has to be replaced with a new social circle with members who can be trusted. 

The Constabulary has this all under control with the assignment of the recruit to a more senior member as a partner on patrol. This is his mentor in survival: both on the job and off but most importantly how to conform to the completely new society he has been thrust into without his consent. He is now a member of the Blue Brotherhood and he now learns the rules and regulations that will determine his long term survival in a hostile environment like the Constabulary he joined.

Within the course of the first two years after his training and indoctrination is complete, the recruit has had enough experience with both Constabulary and the members of the Brotherhood to make a final judgement of his choice of a career as a Law Officer.

To remain is to abandon all his previous life and connection to Canadian Society and join his new found officer friends in a society that will protect him and provide guidance for a lifetime career. It is a leap into the “Us” and “Them” mentality and with the support of the Brotherhood there is no deterrent for any violation of the law that he might perform in the course of his duties: Job security above all else.

The Police Officer knocking on your door right now has made the decision to remain a Police Officer and join his new Society- the Blue Brotherhood. As a career decision that is probably a wise choice but by doing so he swears an oath to obey the rules of the Society in exchange for his comrades’ support if he makes a mistake in the course of his duties, or even in his off hours. Unfortunately the rules of the Brotherhood have expanded to cover not only the Arbitrary Discipline rendered by the Constabulary they work for, but have been perverted to avoid any responsibility for ignoring and violating the accepted laws of Canadian Society.

Introduction: This is the first in a series of posts regarding the problems that exist within the Canadian Justice System. This first one deals with the source of the problem and the following posts will deal with other contributing factors that create the impulse for our Policing to fall into a Fascist mode

Over the course of the last decade on an ever increasing basis the Canadian Public has been witness to the deterioration of the Justice system into one where secrecy, lies, ignorance, obstinacy and submission are the controlling forces governing the conduct of the National Police Forces or Canadian Constabulary, The relationship between Police Officers and the Public has deteriorated to the point of mutual hostility and mistrust and contaminates our whole society.

Up until about thirty years ago if a Police Officer knocked on a citizen’s door in midmorning and asked if he could ask some questions he would be invited in, offered a coffee and his questions answered without reservation. There would be no suspicion of any ulterior motive; he was a friend who could be trusted.

In the same circumstances today a wise citizen will refuse the Officer entry to the residence unless he has a warrant and will refuse to answer any questions until in the presence of a judge, If any Cop is granted entry to the residence; anything he sees, or is told, is recorded as evidence that can be used to prosecute and convict you but none of that evidence can be used to defend yourself.

Watching this change in the relationship over the years I have tried to find the source of the disaffection and why the split occurred, but it is only in the past few months that I feel I have traced the origin back to a mistake made by Lyin” Brian Mulroney in 1985. In the interest of covering his own dirty tracks he created the Access to Information Act R.S.C., 1985, c. A-1 that specifically was intended to “extend the present laws of Canada that provide access to information under the control of the Government of Canada.

Passage of the Act was automatic considering Brian had the largest Majority Government in Canadian history. In his attempt to gain respectability and support, he accepted and protected the Canadian Constabulary’s role of secrecy with regard to investigations in progress concerning virtually all criminal activity.

Brian wasn’t smart enough to realize that he was dealing with a Constabulary, a structure created by the British military to maintain discipline in the ranks; and who opposed any reduction their control. He also missed the fact that the rank and file within the Constabulary had bonded together into what has been called the “Blue Brotherhood”. This opposing group was created out of necessity to resist the arbitrary disciplinary nature of the Constabulary. They were effective in influencing the list of exemptions for investigations that effectively grants all Police officers who commit a crime complete immunity from prosecution.

The moral of the story is that whenever a complaint is lodged against a police officer for a violation of any law it automatically initiates an investigation and details are not open to scrutiny.

At this point in Canadian history we are in a period where the police can commit crime with impunity because the Act prevents all information about the progress and nature of the investigation from being revealed.

As if this level of protection wasn’t enough there has been a corruption of the investigatory procedures to restrict the investigation to another Constabulary detachment. In short only Cops investigate crimes by other Cops. That is the topic of my next post regarding the worst advice given to Lyin’ Brian.by:

This is Your Future: Old Age and Loneliness

A Wake-Up Call for the Boomers Kids

Time is Short

I was going to address this to what is called the Boomer generation only to find they are all old farts like me. The Boomers were born in the period 1946 to 1964 and now range in age from 49-67. They’re all too old to benefit from any advice I give because they are now learning the same difficult lessons I have had to absorb. First and foremost, Freedom 55 was a ridiculous idea and its failure revealed our whole generation’s lack of knowledge about how to manage money and plan for the future. If you’ve reached 60 without banking or investing that you can count on for a comfortable retirement, think again, there’s a rough road ahead

If today, you find yourself at retirement and you haven’t got that nest egg in a much protected state, then count on a shortage of yolk down the road. My son was born in 1964 so I guess I’m aiming this at all the Boomers little brats, not the parents. All of you readers who have reached the age of 50 are looking at a future where you will need to take advantage of all the Canadian Social Benefits that the Cons are determined to chop away at knee level. I’m not surprised at where we are in this country. for the last thirty years I have been watching an amoral control freak crawl his way up the political guts of our society to a leadership role. Yes, I’m talking about Harpo the Hypocrite.

A couple of readers have asked me:

Why do I hate Stephen Harper? What do I have against him? Well, here’s the axe I’ve been grinding and have been for 3 decades. I would give a million dollars to have the privilege of being first in line to piss on his grave.

In 1989 we were living in Red Deer, Alberta in the heart of redneck Religious Fundamentalist country with its ignorant belief and prejudices. My son was a homosexual. He was born one, he grew into a talented artist: I knew who he was and accepted the fact. I think it was September when Lee had to go to a dentist and was turned away because he was contagious, he had HIV.

Our leader Mr. Harper was not really into politics as yet but was gathering his base with a thunder and lighting campaign based on religious bigotry and intolerance and somehow he got my attention and I started listening to him. It was not fun hearing my son was being punished by God for his evil ways and perverted conduct but the son-of a bitch would not shut up. It took my son 7 years of hell to die of AIDS when it fried his brain, and we had to watch the process, listening to the vitriol of an asshole on the radio vilifying our son. According to his belief structure my son was a sinner being punished for his perversion and choice of homosexuality and Harpo condemned d him to Hell. I can’t forgive that.

In 1997 my employer went bankrupt and we went through a very tough time when we needed help from the system and actually got it. EI saved our ass. Late that year Mr. Harper, the Great Pretender, gave a speech to a collection of right wing American fundamentalist business tycoons at an event in Montreal. In it he describes his appreciation of the Canadian social network and Canadians inattention, greed, and acceptance of a public dole. That alone displays some of the evil thinking he again needed in designing the MMPR. I quote:

“First, facts about Canada. Canada is a Northern European welfare state in the worst sense of the term, and very proud of it. Canadians make no connection between the fact that they are a Northern European welfare state and the fact that we have very low economic growth, a standard of living substantially lower than yours, a massive brain drain of young professionals to your country, and double the unemployment rate of the United States.

Dear Minister:

Attached please find a copy of my Complaint to the Office of the Independent Police Review Director of Ontario and a copy of my Complaint to the Ontario Minster of Justice. They regardsa serious violation of Criminal Code Section 219 – Criminal Negligence by the Ontario Provincial Police on January 26, 2012. I am advised this is the only route by which I can get an investigation of what I assumed to be a Federal Crime is to ask a Provincially appointed Review Director who will have complete control over any investigation of Criminal Wrongdoing by Ontario Police Forces and his decision is final.

They advise me that:

1. “The OIPRD is responsible for recording and classifying all public complaints. We are also responsible for deciding who will investigate the complaint. Your complaint may be investigated by: The OIPRD, The same police service the complaint is about, or another police service.”

2.      If, during the course of the investigation, the Director discovers evidence that an officer may have committed a crime, the matter will be referred to the police for further investigation.

3.      The OIPRD does not conduct criminal investigations.

4. The OIPRD does not deal with discipline, disciplinary hearings or appeals on policy and service complaints.
5. They further advise me if I disagree with the result:
6. “The OIPRD is an independent organization and our decision is final”.

Why am I compelled to submit my request for justice to a bunch of anonymous political hack appointees who collectively call themselves the Director? I have no idea who they are, probably ex-cops and I have no confidence in the OPP chain of command conducting an impartial investigation and no reason to trust them based on the pro-cop bias previously displayed like G20 and G8 and going nowhere.

The facts are simple and a matter of OPP record that need no further verification: They are all recorded by Sergeant Duval who supervised the SWAT Team that accompanied him on his atrocity of an arrest. Under his direction the OPP seized medical records that are vitally important to their owners and still has them in custody nearly 18 months later. The seizure was common knowledge to the OPP upper ranks and no-one in the chain of command recognized or bothered to point out that they were committing Criminal Negligence under Section 219 of the Criminal Code. Nobody bothered to go to the trouble of telling the criminals to return the documents.

Today, critically ill Medical Marijuana patients still can not access their records if needed for treatment assistance. OPP actions were not only wanton and reckless disregard of the harm they were doing to the 4100 patients who needed them, but intentionally and vindictively designed to prevent renewal of all 4100 licenses by holding the documentation required for their renewals. The OPP simply didn’t give a damn about the pain and agony they were intentionally creating with the recurrence of symptoms that had been under control with their marijuana use.

I don’t understand the Provincial usurpation of Federal authority that appears to have taken place.

Has any Minister of Justice ever agreed to only the OIPRD investigating the Cops with no recourse?

What is happening here? I suspect a whitewash Kangaroo Court by the Blue Brotherhood?

 Please advise if there is any way to evade the dominance of the Police in this matter to avoid having this atrocity classified as a misdemeanor and dropped?

I send this as a courtesy advising this problem because I think you will become involved and you need to know the details in order to answer two simple questions:

The only consequence of any contravention of law by the Police in Ontario is an order to investigate themselves by the OIPRD. That guarantees a whitewash result that will turn their felony into a misdemeanor that calls for a verbal reprimand. The OPP actions in this matter resemble a bunch of sub-humans inflicting pain, aggravation, and punishment on people who are sick, have committed no crime and have no defense against Nazi tactics.

Do they have your permission to act like savages or are they just ignoring the illegality of their persecution?

Can you give me any reassurance they are not going to circular file this complaint like they have with the G20 goons?

I’d appreciate straight answers not modeled on the Harperite Transparency Principles. The Cons deem any and all questions an insult to Fearless Leader and a terrorist attack that renders all answers subject to a No Comment because of National Security concerns.

Dear Director:

First I must inform you I am submitting this Complaint to you under protest.

I don’t think you have the capacity to achieve the result I want in the time frame I have left in this life. I am commanded to submit the Complaint to you and I don’t understand why I have to submit to an investigation of the Police by the Police. I am lodging a complaint that Section 219 of the Criminal Code of Canada was intentionally ignored and violated by the whole bloody chain of command of the Ontario Provincial Police. No-one is exempt and that includes the Chief of Police/Commissioner of the OPP. He’s letting these criminals run wild. I would prefer a different police force if possible?

I don’t understand you, as a Provincial official, deciding matters of Federal Law. I have read your website thoroughly and by submitting this to your authority I am compelled to accept your decision as to the guilt or innocence based on an investigation of a brother by his Blue Brotherhood. The only other option is to withdraw the Complaint and walk away. I would like clarification of three phases of your advice regarding

How will the OIPRD handle my review?

1. The OIPRD will also contact the police to tell them you have requested a review and give them a copy of the form. We will ask the police to send us all the information they have on your complaint.

• What time frame are we looking at? What is the maximum time they can take to respond and provide their documentation?

2. Once we have received your file from the police, we will assess your case and make a decision about it.

·        How long will that take?

3. If we agree you, the OIPRD will give instructions to the Chief of Police/Commissioner of the OPP about your complaint. The police must follow these instructions. We will tell you about our decision and what happens next.

·        What if I disagree with your proposed instructions to Chief of Police/Commissioner of the OPP? Do I have any input or control as to how the investigation should be conducted?
